Starting a new fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but here at our gym, we're dedicated to making your transition as smooth and welcoming as possible. Our team of passionate and knowledgeable trainers is committed to guiding you through every step of your fitness journey. They not only provide expert instruction but also serve as supportive mentors, cheering you on as you progress and celebrating your achievements along the way.

Our 24/7 access membership is available for just $99 a month, offering you a private and clean fitness environment with no crowd or big box gym hassles. With keyfob access, you can work out anytime and enjoy a variety of fitness tools at your disposal, including a turf area, punching bag, cardio and conditioning equipment, My Zones Heart Rate tracking, squat racks, kettlebells, free weights, dumbbells, box jumps, Hammer Strength, TRX, stretch area, weighted sled, battle ropes, workout towels, and showers.

 You just want to get your own work out on, but don’t like the big box anymore.

With key fob access, there is no limit on when you can come and have these tools are your fitness disposal:

1. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS WORKOUT

We value your experience working out. Sometimes gym may get crowded that's why our facilities are designed to be spacious, constantly cleaned, and sanitised by our staff members to ensure great workout experience every time you set your foot into our gym. 

2. CARDIO AND CONDITIONING AREA

A workout wouldn't be complete with a good amount of heart-conditioning cardio exercise and no, you don't have to fall in line and wait. We have enough for members to get their workout running!

3. WELL-VENTILATED FACILITY

At times, people can get sweaty and serious on their workout which is why we've designed our gym to have the best air ventilation structure so every member wouldn't feel uncomfortable and feel out of breath during workout.

Jonathan is a great trainer. I had a shoulder injury that limited my mobility and did weeks of physical therapy with minimal results. I started working with Jonathan and very quickly increased my mobility and decreased the pain I was in when I moved my shoulder. My daughter also trained with Jonathan before and after her amputation, and he is very good at accommodating exercises to her ability. He is incredibly knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition, and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.
